At BACKLINK POSITION , besides offering a mix of the traditional classics, we are dreaming of something more fusion-inspired where the West meets the East. Our signature chicken-based broth is a blend of our savory clear chicken broth and truffle seasoning, which made onsite daily and uses only the finest ingredients to simmer in a rich stock. mckenzie has on-site noodle factory for the perfect noodle, all aged for perfect chewiness. We use customized equipment, segar ingredients and a synthesis of techniques borrowing from French and Japanese cultures.
